AMTS 2.0      Bill of Materials

2.1  There is to be a listing of all the materials that are used to construct the tool or equipment, including the following:

2.1.1  Material description

2.1.2  Supplier code

2.1.3  Supplier description

2.1.4  Supplier address

2.1.5  Drawing notation for the location of the component

2.1.6  Amount required

2.2  Material list/description sheets:

2.2.1  Material lists should be sheet No. 1(one). Description sheets should be sheet No. 1A. A material list and description sheet are to be included in all designs.

2.2.2  Steel sizes should be finished sizes.

2.2 3  Type of steel must be as per Argo Mold standards.

2.2.4  Purchase components must be shown complete with correct ordering information.

2.2.5  All information for ordering hydraulic or air cylinders must appear on sheet No. 1, and must be complete to Argo Mold standards.

2.2.6  List of all design sheets to be recorded on sheet No. 1A.

2.2.7  Latest data for design level, to be recorded on sheet No. 1A.

2.2.8  Total mold weight and weight of cover half to be recorded on sheet No. 1A.
