AMTS12 Non-Compliance

12.1  It is understood that certain designs may not lend themselves to compliance to these or other design/construction specifications. The customer must be notified in writing regarding the reasons for the noncompliance. The customer must send the affected party written approval for deviation from the customer’s requirements. Failure to comply with this section could result in legal action.
